Free Returns for North America are on us!
All items must be in brand new, unworn, unaltered, and unused condition in original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund. Please also make sure that packaging contains no tape or writing on it as a restocking fee of $5 will apply. Shoes shipped without original packaging will also be subject to a restocking fee. If the item(s) cannot be returned to inventory for whatever reason, we will notify the customer by e-mail.
We recommend sending packages with tracking so that you can track when your package arrived in our warehouse. We are not responsible for any returns not received by our warehouse shipped without a tracking number.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for a return to be processed from the date of arrival at the warehouse. Sending your shoes back without an RA number is likely to delay the refund/exchange process.
All refunds must be processed back to the original method of payment used*.
Final sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable. All marked down items are considered a final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

We are not offering free returns outside North America.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
