Vessi Footwear Limited Warranty
We want our customers and their feet to be satisfied. If you purchased a pair of Vessi Footwear online and they are found to be defective, please let us know. We accept defective items up to 90 days after purchase in exchange for a new pair of shoes or online store credit.
If your Vessi shoes were delivered with a manufacturers defect, we will gladly replace it with a fully functioning new pair of Vessi's.
This warranty covers:
- Waterproof products leaking
- Sole separation of rubber and midsole under normal wearing conditions
This warranty does not cover:
- The material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, abuse of the product, exposure to caustic chemicals, alterations, or abnormal wear related to occupation
- Stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged or other abnormal wearing accidents
- Waterproofing failure due to complete submersion in water or allowing the water to seep over the top of the footwear
- Separation of soles or sole components due to being caught, hooked, snagged or cut
- Normal wear on soles or heels due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear associated with occupation.
- The product is worn past the point of being able to be repaired.
- Improper sizing fit
We reserve the right to deny claims if the product(s) does not meet our return policy requirements.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Please file warranty claims within 90 days of dispatch.
- Fill out this form
- We will take a look at the photos and if it is a manufacturing defect we will send you a free return label.
- Once we have received and checked your returned shoes and determine them to be defective we will send you another pair. Please give us up to 2 weeks for this process.
- We will cover the cost of re-shipping.
Please note that ALL claims should be accompanied by an authorization number in order to be processed.
